The project has exmained barriers to and incentives for interdisciplinary research in the UK. To do so, three stakeholder populations – researchers, strategic leaders in Higher Education Instistutions, and research funders – were enganged across UK regions, disciplines, institution types, and career stages. Three methodologies were used: online surveys, workshops, and in-depth interviews.
